Welcome to Techrobane. By engaging our design and development services, you agree to the following terms, governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
1. Scope of Service
Techrobane provides bespoke digital design and development services, including but not limited to Digital Wedding Invitations, Portfolio Websites, and Corporate Landing Pages.
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final design for your personal or business event. You do not own the underlying code, templates, or intellectual property of the design system.
2. Payments & Pricing
All prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR).
- Payment Terms: Full payment is required before the final deployment of any digital invitation.
- Refunds: Due to the custom nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds once design work has commenced, in accordance with standard digital commerce practices in Sri Lanka.
3. User Obligations
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information (e.g., names, dates, venues) required for us to complete your project. Techrobane is not liable for delays caused by incomplete information provided by the client.
4. Intellectual Property
In accordance with the Intellectual Property Act, No. 36 of 2003:
- Techrobane Ownership: We retain all rights to our templates, codebases, and design assets.
- Client Content: You retain rights to the text and personal images you provide. You warrant that you have the right to use any images you submit to us.
5. Limitation of Liability
Techrobane shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is strictly limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
We strive for 99.9% uptime for our hosted invitations but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to factors beyond our control (e.g., global server outages).
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Colombo.
