1. Service Overview

WeddingInvites.lk, operated by Techrobane Studio, provides custom digital wedding invitation design services. Once you place an order and payment is confirmed, our designer will create your personalised digital invitation based on the details you provide. The final deliverable is a live, shareable invitation link.

2. Payment

• All prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and are inclusive of design.
• Payment is via bank transfer only. Design work begins only after payment is verified.
• Use your full name as the payment reference when making the transfer.
• Send a clear photo or screenshot of your payment slip through WhatsApp if requested.
• We reserve the right to cancel unverified orders after 48 hours.

3. Refund Policy

• Full refund if we cannot begin your design within 5 business days of payment verification.
• No refund once design work has commenced, unless we fail to deliver the final product.
• If you provide incorrect information (names, date, venue) that requires a full re-design, additional charges may apply.
• Refund requests must be made within 14 days of payment.

4. Design & Revisions

• Standard packages include up to 2 rounds of revisions at no extra cost.
• A design preview is sent within 24 hours of payment confirmation (business days).
• Final delivery occurs within 24 hours of your written approval of the preview.
• Major layout or concept changes after design has started may incur additional charges, which will be communicated before proceeding.
• Your live invitation link remains active for 12 months from delivery.

5. Rush Orders

Same-day or next-day delivery may be available at an additional charge. Contact us on WhatsApp before placing your order to confirm availability and pricing.

6. Intellectual Property

Once your order is delivered and paid in full, you have full rights to share and use your digital invitation. The underlying design system and code remain the intellectual property of Techrobane Studio. We may showcase your invitation as a portfolio example (excluding personal contact details such as phone numbers and email addresses) unless you request otherwise in writing.

7. Your Responsibilities

• Ensure all details (names, date, venue, links) are accurate before submitting your order.
• Provide a valid Sri Lankan mobile number for WhatsApp updates.
• Respond to preview requests and revision queries promptly — delays on your end may affect the final delivery timeline.
• Do not use the invitation link to share false, defamatory, or illegal content.

8. Privacy & Data

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This website does not store payment slips, customer files, or order records in a database. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.

9. Limitation of Liability

Techrobane Studio is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.
